We do not guarantee:

Payment & Instalments

You authorize Plousios Gigantas Ltd and its payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, etc.) to charge the payment method provided.

If you use instalments, you must complete all payments, regardless of whether you use or finish the programme.

STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

(Includes live + prerecorded webinars)

Because our products provide immediate access to digital intellectual property, all sales are final.

You agree no refund will be issued if ANY of the following occur:

  • You attend or watch a LIVE training, webinar, masterclass, coaching call, or private session
  • You view or access a PRERECORDED video, replay, or digital training
  • You enter our private community or platform
  • You view, download, or receive any digital content (templates, frameworks, files, instructions, etc.)
  • You receive guidance, strategy, or intellectual property (verbally or digitally)

If you watch ANY content — live or replay — your right to cancel ends.

This complies with:

Intellectual Property

All content belongs exclusively to Plousios Gigantas Ltd.

You may not:

  • Share
  • Reproduce
  • Teach or distribute our materials

We reserve the right to remove access without refund if violated.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks are not a form of refund.

We will submit:

  • Login timestamps
  • Access logs
  • Digital delivery evidence

Any fraudulent dispute will result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any:

  • Loss of income or business
  • Decisions made from our content
  • Technical issues or downtime

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid.
